Shipping policy

Our monthly boxes are set to ship at the end of the month. For example the March box will ship by the end of March. The estimated ship date is typically posted on the product, and our "Shipping Updates" page is updated frequently. 

Our boxes will ship with USPS or UPS. Every shipping option will be tracked and insured. You should receive your package within 7-14 business days of mailing. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, however please see our refund policy if you haven't received your order in an excessive amount of time. 

International shipping on any order will only ship with UPS Worldwide Expedited unless you are located in Canada. It is tracked and insured, and you should receive your package within 5-7 business days NOT including any time it takes to pass through customs. Eternal Embers Book Shop, LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes upon arrival in your country.  If you chose to bulk ship with multiple people, Eternal Embers Book Shop, LLC will only be responsible for the safe delivery of products to the address on the order. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, however please see our refund policy if you haven't received your order in an excessive amount of time. 

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, volume, distance and destination. You will receive a free shipping quote at check out when you fill-in your address if shipping is not included.
